In 2003, Girish Panicker transformed his passion for bringing clients the world’s best custom software applications into a business. With over 15 years of hands-on experience, including work with IBM, CGI and Worldcomm, he designs, develops and manages complex application software systems.

His areas of expertise include eBusiness Applications using Oracle, Siebel and Java-based technologies, namely NetDynamics, EJB and J2EE. Having built solutions for some of the world’s most respected financial services, telecomm and health care institutions, Mr. Panicker has become a renowned CRM Architect.

He currently serves as CEO for Speridian Technologies, where he has grown the business from a two-person company to one of the world’s fastest growing IT services firms. Mr. Panicker received his degree in Computer Science from Pune University in India in 1992 and later earned his Masters in Computer Science from Drexel University, Philadelphia in 2001.

KP Hari joined Speridian Technologies as Managing Partner in 2007 and is responsible for Global Operations, Company Growth and Associate & Customer Satisfaction. With over 17 years of IT experience, KP mastered the art of delivering technology and business solutions for attaining competitive advantage. KP is consistently recognized for On Time, On Budget deliveries and a champion of Software Delivery through Distributed Software Methodology.

KP Hari has strong management and delivery skills, excellent leadership with maturity and experience, in addition to his technical skills.

KP Hari graduated in Engineering from Calicut University and later earned his Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Regional Engineering College, Warangal. KP is a good communicator, team builder and motivator with more than five years of Bombay University teaching experience.

Prior to joining Speridian, KP held several senior managerial positions like Vice President, Option One Mortgage Corporation and Director, Online Tax Products at H&R Block. KP Hari also held senior Management roles in Nexgenix and Union Carbide.

Sanjeev Menon is responsible for driving the company’s sales efforts in India and will entail the establishment of a Sales and Presales team for focusing on obtaining projects within the Indian market.

In 2006, he was enterprise Account Manager at UST Global and began his career in 1987 as a programmer with Diner’s Club (India) Ltd. Subsequently, he held management positions at TIAA-CREF and Covansys. Sanjeev is expert in database and web technologies, who has earned a successful track record in sales, global account management and global delivery.

A regular guest speaker at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Sanjeev serves as their consultant on IT related matters relevant to the accounting industry.

His engineering degree in Computer Science is from the University of Bombay, and Sanjeev received a Masters in Business Administration from New York University’s Stern School of Business.

Manish Somaiya "Som" joined Speridian Technologies as Chief Technology Officer in 2009 and is heading-up Speridian's Microsoft CRM Practice. Som is responsible for sales marketing, set-up and delivery of the Microsoft CRM portfolio.

Som has 15+ years of experience in information technology, and for the past 7 years, he has been managing a consulting firm that he founded, DOTnet Systems. He has provided architecture solutions for such large corporations as H&R Block, Chubb Insurance, Reader’s Digest and Kotak Mahindra Bank. His expertise lies in providing scalable and robust architecture encompassing various technologies and tools in a homogenous environment for complex business scenarios.

An entrepreneur at heart, he is co-founder of TaxCube, providing a scalable platform for TaxCube as well as designing its product offerings. Som graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from NIT – Calicut in 1991 and earned his Master’s Degree in Business Management from IIM - Ahmedabad in 1994.

Tama Herman is a sales and marketing professional with 18+ years experience in many aspects of the high-tech arena. Her wide-ranging IT services experience includes data center management for Chase, on the customer side, and serving as Account Executive for Sun Microsystems, on the vendor side.

From 2001-2005, Tama left technology to start a vegetarian foods company, where she found that her technology sales and marketing skills transferred over well, and where her aggressive “guerilla” PR tactics paid off by way of garnering some impressive media coverage.

Since moving to Albuquerque, New Mexico in 2005, she has returned to IT business development, working with the New Mexican business community at large along with state, local and federal government agencies. She is a native New Yorker, who attended NYU and graduated with honors from the School of Hard Knocks.

Mr. Hacker is Director of Speridian’s Business Intelligence Practice. He has managed the design and development of major commercial financial planning, business intelligence, and military command & control systems. Successful results range from Hyperion financial planning systems for Fortune 500 clients, global military command and control systems (C4I), and commercial data warehouses & data marts. He has extensive experience in finance transformation, technology assessment and implementation, project management, large-scale architecture design and system deployment. A featured speaker, he has lectured at national data warehouse conferences and presented BI seminars for multi-national corporate clients. His experience spans several industries including finance, pharmaceuticals, transportation, telecommunications, manufacturing, defense and civil government.

Chandra is responsible for driving the company’s global operations, including the execution, implementation and delivery of software solutions to customers. He is also tasked with defining and executing Speridian’s long-term strategy. He also leads Speridian's Center of Excellence and Knowledge Management initiatives.

With over 14 years of experience in the Technology arena Chandra possesses a wide range of expertise including application development, integration and deployment of packaged applications. He has successfully handled large and complex transformation programs which involved heterogeneous technologies, geographically and culturally diverse teams, with different customer centric processes.

Chandra is credited with delivering the first ever HIPAA adapter for a leading Enterprise Middleware product and has received great accolades for his Innovative solution. As an active member of the PMI he is also very involved in the training for future managers.

Arvind heads the Speridian Business Operations across Middle East & Africa and is responsible for Sales, Marketing, Delivery and Operations.

He comes with a strong track in building and growing complex IT business's in end-to-end consultancy and solutions space managing different ventures in high technology sector, as an Innovator, thought leader and change catalyst. In a career spanning 20+ years he has built 3 start-ups and turned around 2 ventures in technology sector across MEA and South Asia.

Arvind is an alumni of REC / NIT – Warangal in Electronics & Communications Engineering and Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi in International Business. Prior to joining Speridian, Arvind has held several Sr. Management positions across MEA and India with Progen ERP, Quest ME, McAfee, and Jumbo Electronics.

Hrishikesh joined Speridian Technologies as a Resident Director in 2005 and is responsible for infrastructure development and associated development activities. Hrishikesh is managing the support functions, finance, HR, and administration activities for Speridian technologies.

Prior to joining Speridian, Hrishikesh was the managing director of Frames India Engineering Pvt. Ltd. and Hi-Frame Developers Pvt. Ltd. He has 25 years of experience in infrastructure development, project management and company management.

Hrishikesh graduated his Bachelors in Civil Engineering, from College of Engineering Trivandrum in 1983.
