Work Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
Perform the role of Technical Lead with focus on Siebel Enterprise Applications. Manage deliverables in various phases of Software Development Life Cycle. Support Siebel CRM applications using Siebel Workflow, EIM, EAI, and eScript. Customize Siebel tools to meet customer business requirements. Define strategy, requirements and business processes requirements. Develop and configure high level implementation of Siebel software to ensure compatibility with business requirements. Develop strategy for conversion, interface, reports, migrations, patches and fixes. Analyze user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of application implementation within time and cost constraints. Conduct reviews for technical design and code. Allocate & track the tasks for team members. Provide guidance to team members on technical and support issues. Team members are computer programmers and systems analysts. Create reports for business users & management. Function as integrator between business needs and technology solutions, including design and implementation of custom technology-enabled business solutions. May travel and relocate to various unanticipated sites throughout the US.
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or related and 3 years of experience or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration or related and 5 years of experience.
