Infrastructure Analyst/ Senior Analyst/ Lead
We are seeking experienced Professionals for the positions: Infrastructure Analyst/ Senior Analyst/ Lead
Experience - 3+ years of Microsoft Exchange 2013 Administration | 3+ years DevOps
Location - Trivandrum
B. Tech/BE/ME/ MCA/M. Tech/ Science Grads in Computers, IT or related field preferred
- Team player and self-starter with excellent attitude.
Microsoft Exchange Professionals
- Experience in Microsoft Exchange 2013 Administration
- Strong Exchange client configuration and troubleshooting skills (Outlook 2003, 2007, 2010)
- Working knowledge of Windows 2008 & 2012, Windows Active Directory
- Working knowledge of Windows Server Administration & Troubleshooting OS Performance Management & Tuning Security Management (Policies, Audit, Logs) Upgrade & Migration of Servers
- Experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD process for enterprise SaaS and on-premise apps using tools like Git, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, etc.
- Expertise in Linux System Admin and Bash Scripting
- Expertise in configuration management tools such as Chef, Ansible, Fabric, Puppet or SaltStack
- Troubleshoot & resolve network, server and software issues. Ensure uptime/availability of servers and services as per SLAs.
- Install/patch OS and web applications tools. Design and develop scripts/tools for automation and reports delivery. Build and deploy web applications to staging/production environments.
- Create and maintain Runbook, technical and operational documents. Provide technical support to clients and end users
