Should have hands on experience in any of the below
Incentive Compensation Management/ Oracle Engagement Cloud/ Sales Cloud/ Service Cloud/ CPQ Commerce, Integration cloud
Attributes:
- 5 plus years of experience in CRM products, preferably Oracle stack
- Familiar with Oracle CX architecture, implementation, debugging and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 5 end to end CRM implementation
- Understand Business requirements and create solution designs and effort estimates
- Hands-on development experience using JavaScript, HTML, HTML5, CSS, LESS
- Excellent presentation skills, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Must interact effectively with all levels of management and staff, internally and externally
- Must be adaptable, professional, courteous and motivated, and must work well individually or as a member of a team
- Self-starting with solid follow-through, multi-tasking, and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
- Willingness to travel
