Skills required:
  • Experience managing the overall operations of Medicare or ACA lead generation.
  • Actively running a BPO of their own or for a large operation
  • Not necessarily looking for a “people” person as that can be the Supervisor(s).
  • Knows how to get a below $60 CPA
  • Has contacts where to buy TCPA compliant DATA
  • Experience with Phone Systems & Dialers
  • Understands Call Center Compliance FCC, TCPA, Ethics
  • Knows how to put together a lead generation script for Medicare/ACA
  • Knows how to train people to become effective lead generators
  • Knows how to put together an overall process including QA
Qualification Required:
