Call Center Manager
- Experience managing the overall operations of Medicare or ACA lead generation.
- Actively running a BPO of their own or for a large operation
- Not necessarily looking for a “people” person as that can be the Supervisor(s).
- Knows how to get a below $60 CPA
- Has contacts where to buy TCPA compliant DATA
- Experience with Phone Systems & Dialers
- Understands Call Center Compliance FCC, TCPA, Ethics
- Knows how to put together a lead generation script for Medicare/ACA
- Knows how to train people to become effective lead generators
- Knows how to put together an overall process including QA
