Job Responsibilities:
- Must be able to conduct outbound calls a day
- Must have Excellent communication skills, including a pleasant phone demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where changes are common
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
- Must be motivated to work independently and multi-task
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- Willing to work during US hours
