Job Responsibilities:
  • Must be able to conduct outbound calls a day
  • Must have Excellent communication skills, including a pleasant phone demeanor
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where changes are common
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Must be motivated to work independently and multi-task
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Willing to work during US hours
