Job Description
- Experience building audience based, pixel based and full funnel media campaigns with multiple ad types to drive successful acquisition & retention marketing campaigns
- Experience building win back, churn prevention & brand building campaigns
- Strong a/b testing & data driven background
- Team-spirited and creative with an eye for detail.
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Willingness to learn, unlearn, and relearn basic concepts of search and performance marketing
- Willingness to question and test all principles
- Willingness to test and use new tools and platforms for search, analysis and reporting
- Skilled in Microsoft Excel
- 3 to 5 years experience with LinkedIn & Google Ads; (either equally strong or single channel rockstar)
- Bachelors Degree
· Build out & manage LinkedIn, Google full funnel campaigns to drive new & repeat purchasers
· Optimize Feed for Product Listing Ads on LinkedIn, Google
· Test copy & creative on LinkedIn, Google Own search, display, YouTube Ads
· Monitor daily and monthly budget caps, impressions and other account metrics
· Provide recommendations for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring and other advertising strategies
· Generate weekly and monthly reports tracking important sales and advertising metrics
· Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments
· Communicate with team and management on project development, timelines, and results
· Work closely with the other team members to meet goals
· Work closely with sales teams to optimize lead conversion rates through LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
