- Experience: 10 Years in the Learning & Development space with more focus on Behavioural Trainings.
- Training Need Analysis and Instructional Design – Build strong stakeholder connect to understand training requirements and work towards fulfilment.
- Development and Managing Training Programs
- Prepare & Deliver high impact training sessions – on employee soft skills, behavioural training, and team coaching through presentations, workshops, and customized programs
- Assess and Evaluate impact of training – Ensure effectiveness of training implemented through feedback scores and productivity impact and provide reports to stakeholders
- To Work with Employees to improve employee engagement and increase profitability by implementing Learning & Development strategies.
- Facilitate training interventions across levels (functional, behavioural & leadership)
- Review and assist with developing and updating training modules, training assessments and role-play scenarios.
- Coach and guide the team towards better facilitation and build on the development needs of the team
- Continuously review and evaluate the processes , content, methodology, etc. and suggest improvement ideas.
