  • Experience: 10 Years in the Learning & Development space with more focus on Behavioural Trainings.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Training Need Analysis and Instructional Design – Build strong stakeholder connect to understand training requirements and work towards fulfilment.
  • Development and Managing Training Programs
  • Prepare & Deliver high impact training sessions – on employee soft skills, behavioural training, and team coaching through presentations, workshops, and customized programs
  • Assess and Evaluate impact of training – Ensure effectiveness of training implemented through feedback scores and productivity impact and provide reports to stakeholders
  • To Work with Employees to improve employee engagement and increase profitability by implementing Learning & Development strategies.
  • Facilitate training interventions across levels (functional, behavioural & leadership)
  • Review and assist with developing and updating training modules, training assessments and role-play scenarios.
  • Coach and guide the team towards better facilitation and build on the development needs of the team
  • Continuously review and evaluate the processes , content, methodology, etc. and suggest improvement ideas.
