Job Description
• Hands on experience in all areas of ICM including but not limiting to configuring compensation plans, classification rules, credit rules, rollup rules, assignment rules, custom value sets, user define queries, setting up participants, pay groups, roles, scheduled jobs etc
• Should be able to work on complex reports and dashboards using subject areas as well as data model reports
• Hands on experience using Data imports, REST API, Web services and SQL
• Oracle ICM Implementation Certifications would be a plus
• Expert in the analysis of incentive plans and able to transform into business rule architecture in Oracle ICM calculation design
• Collaborate closely with Reporting, Data Integration, Production Support, and Administration teams to understand and create efficient and scalable calculation designs
• Document Technical requirements and complete the configurations as per design provided by the Lead
• Be focused on assigned work items and be able to manage multiple high priority deliverables
