Job Responsibilities:
Create Business & System Designs for new features
• Hands on experience working on Business Process Modelling to design As Is and To be business processes with a consideration on how models can be created for better value delivery
• Analytical thinking and influential communication
• Analyze high level features and translate it into detailed requirement documents
• Act as a middleware for the Business and Development team
• Work on multiple projects and be able to prioritize your workload accordingly
• Coach and mentor junior BAs
