Speridian Technologies is proud to partner with the City and County of Honolulu’s Department of Planning and Permitting (DPP) to introduce HNL Build—a modern, cloud-based permitting system designed to transform the way Honolulu plans, builds, and grows.
Built on the robust Salesforce platform and implemented by Speridian, HNL Build replaces the City’s decades-old POSSE system. With enhanced tools for application submissions, plan reviews, inspections, payments, and licensing, the new platform promises a more efficient, transparent, and user-friendly experience for residents and developers alike.
Set to launch on August 4, 2025, HNL Build is a leap forward in enabling faster approvals, better communication, and responsible development across Oʻahu. As part of the transition, the existing POSSE and ePlans systems will go offline after July 28, 2025, with all in-progress applications seamlessly migrated to the new system.
At Speridian, we’re excited to help power Honolulu’s digital transformation and support the City’s mission of “Building Tomorrow, Today.”
