Speridian Technologies Completes Merger with Helix Business Solutions
February 2022 marked the completion of a year since Speridian welcomed Helix Business Solutions to the Speridian family. The Helix and Speridian teams have worked closely together to grow the organization’s account base and position Speridian for next-level growth in the commercial Customer Experience / Customer Relationship Management (CRM/CX) arena.
Speridian is delighted to announce the successful merger of Helix Business Solutions with Speridian’s CRM/CX business unit to form the Enterprise CRM Business Unit. This BU will focus on delivering Oracle and Salesforce solutions for commercial clients throughout North America and actively support CRM delivery wherever needed.
The Enterprise CRM Business Unit will be led by Kevin Sherwood as Chief Business Officer, Enterprise CRM, with the support of leaders from both the Helix and Speridian teams.
With a career in technology that spans over four decades, Kevin has held executive and information technology positions in several leading organizations. From early roots in the banking industry to product design and system architecture services for field service-focused industries, Kevin’s experience is as diverse as the customers served by Speridian. Kevin launched Helix in 2008, building on his passion for delivering world-class customer solutions, and grew it to an industry leader in cloud CRM solutions, working with some of the largest customers in the Oracle install base.
