Job Description
Head the US Recruitment and Resource Management Division. Manage 151 resources including fulltime employee and contractors under Resource Management Division. Manage 66 T&M and Fixed Bid projects. Manage a team of 25 members under Recruitment Division and RPO. Work with CCO and SVP for the appraisal of resources in the US. Perform various tasks on a day-to-day basis, majorly, Timesheet Management, Invoicing, Project Allocation and Training. Perform various tasks for the Sales team members including Contract Documentation, Project Creation and Allocation on O360. Work with Immigration Director for Visa Management and GC process. Monthly and Semi-monthly Invoicing, Revenue projection. Manage the H1B program for resources qualified to work in the US. Manage Buddy program for resources who come to the US for employment.
