Director – Recruitment and Resource Management (SPT16)

2400 Louisiana Blvd. NE, Bldg. 3, Albuquerque, NM 87110 and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S
Skills required:

Head the US Recruitment and Resource Management Division. Manage 151 resources including fulltime employee and contractors under Resource Management Division. Manage 66 T&M and Fixed Bid projects. Manage a team of 25 members under Recruitment Division and RPO. Work with CCO and SVP for the appraisal of resources in the US. Perform various tasks on a day-to-day basis, majorly, Timesheet Management, Invoicing, Project Allocation and Training. Perform various tasks for the Sales team members including Contract Documentation, Project Creation and Allocation on O360. Work with Immigration Director for Visa Management and GC process. Monthly and Semi-monthly Invoicing, Revenue projection. Manage the H1B program for resources qualified to work in the US. Manage Buddy program for resources who come to the US for employment. Multiple Positions Available.

 

Qualification Required:
Requires bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or as a Computer Software Professional. Will also accept 4 years of experience in the job offered or as a Computer Software Professional in lieu of bachelor’s degree.
