Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of web applications to ensure quality, functionality, and performance.
- Create, execute, and maintain detailed test cases and test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver effective testing solutions.
- Collaborate in requirement discussions, test planning, and actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups.
- Work independently as an Individual Contributor (IC), taking ownership of assigned tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates, report issues, and clarify requirements.
Skills
- Minimum 8 +years of experience in manual testing of web applications.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience working independently as an Individual Contributor.
- Prior exposure to client-facing roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
