  • Fitment and Parity
    • A custom extension was developed to bring compensation parity at all employee levels within the organization
    • Salary calculation was simplified where recruiter enters basic salary in application and all other components get populated automatically
    • Employee wise & company wise parity comparison feature was also provided
  • Budgeting
    • A web UI was developed in .NET and integrated with SF to assign a head count and budget across the departments
    • A budgeting template was created to manage hiring data – reducing the targeted workforce and budget for every approved request, on a real-time basis
    • The UI also provided recruiters with an option to generate detailed headcount and requisition reports
